Reeths-Puffer track teams outmatched by Byron Center

Reeths-Puffer lost an O-K Green Conference dual meet to Byron Center Thursday, with the impressive Bulldogs' team coming away with wins by scores of 99.5-37.5 in the boys' meet and 119-18 on the girls' side.
The Rocket boys earned wins in four events. Marvin Moore set a new personal best in winning the 200-meter dash in a time of 22.89 seconds. He also joined London Rankin, Cody Piper and Emcee McLaurin to get the win in the 400 relay, posting a time of 43.37 seconds.
Ethan Rolewicz won the 110-meter hurdles race in a time of 17.17 seconds, and Matthew Grimard took the win in the 800-meter run, finishing in 2:17.7.
Jersi Bilek picked up the Rocket girls' lone victory, winning the 800-meter run in a time of 2:25.7.
